I’m talking about Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Aside from being a really clever acronym, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a mood disorder that, spoiler alert, has a seasonal pattern. 

It’s also known as:

Winter depression
Winter blues
Seasonal depression.
